Javier Salazar, Principal, brings 20 years of architectural design experience, including 13 years as Creative Director at RG Architects. He has led design efforts for a diverse portfolio of projects spanning the PK-12, higher education, commercial, and hospitality sectors. Javier is known for fostering productive collaboration across disciplines, advancing creativity and innovation throughout the design process.


His collaborative approach is centered around stakeholders, end-users, and community at large needs, creating an inclusive environment to develop thoughtful design solutions. Additionally, Javier is passionate about mentoring and coaching, positively impacting the firm's staff. His guidance has resulted in team promotions and improved team satisfaction scores, positioning him as a leader in the architecture industry in Southwest Florida.
