Institute of Technology Career Center and High School
This project included four new buildings to house career education programs for nursing, automobile mechanics, marine science, welding, electric technology, massage therapy, and a state-of-the-art dental lab.
Additional development included an addition/renovation to the existing Administration Building, a new bus loop, site and drainage improvements, and a new Central Energy Plant. A multi-phased construction plan allowed the LWIT campus to remain operational throughout the 24-month construction process. The completed buildings have the capacity to serve more than 1,000 students.
